KENNEWICK, Wash., -- A Richland nanny accused of manslaughter returned to Benton County court Thursday morning for a status hearing about her new trial.
Kelli Jacobsen is accused of causing the injuries that led to the death of 1-year-old Ryder Morrison.
Her first trial ended in a mistrial earlier this month when the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.
Jacobsen will return to court on June 27th for another status hearing.
Her tentative trial date is for August 5th.
