RICHLAND, Wash. - Ray's Golden Lion in Richland is holding a benefit concert for at-risk teens.
The restaurant and night-time hot spot will host four bands, three from the Tri-Cities and one from Idaho, Friday night.
The money raised, will go to My Friends Place, the only teen shelter in the area. The organization provides rooms, showers, laundry service and meals to teens in need.
"Donations are very critical for My Friends Place because of the fact that it operates solely on donations...it's the only thing that keeps our doors open and we're very fortunate to have Ray's Golden Lion want to do this for us," said Daisy Vargas, a counselor at the shelter.
Ray's Golden Lion is located at 1353 George Washington Way in the Uptown Mall in Richland. The show starts at 9 o'clock and cost $8.
